Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant in Reno, NV. You will coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

Responsibilities include touring model apartments, processing renewals, maintaining records, following up with prospects, and collaborating with maintenance. A valid driver's license and basic MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Tour model apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email.
• Coordinate maintenance with the team to ensure move-in readiness and timely repairs.
