Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Part-time Leasing Consultant in Reno, NV to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

In this role you will tour properties, process applications, complete move‑in/out paperwork, maintain records, and collaborate with maintenance and management to maximize occupancy and retention. A high school diploma and leasing or sales experience are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention targets.
• Prepare lease documentation, move-in paperwork, and follow up on renewals and inquiries.
• Tour model apartments and ensure they are in touring condition and ready for prospective residents.
