Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Los Angeles to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, retention, and client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and ability to use Yardi Voyager and MS Office. You will manage tours, process paperwork, and support property operations while complying with policies and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Provide property tours and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic activity records and leasing reports.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email.
• Assist with resident relations and respond to requests promptly.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and inspect units.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
