Avenue5 Residential is hiring a part-time Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy goals and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, sales experience, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. This is an on-site role requiring excellent organization and timely follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate apartments rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Tour model apartments and ensure readiness for showings.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records.
