Thrive Communities is seeking a leasing professional for our Seattle-area community. This 100% in-person position emphasizes welcoming prospective residents, presenting our property, processing leases, and coordinating with maintenance and the leasing team to meet closing targets.

The role requires strong customer service, 1+ year sales or leasing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience
• Basic computer skills to navigate software systems
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs is a plus
• Experience in property management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lease paperwork and related documents compliant with laws
• Focus on sales, closing ratios, and team performance
• Train and mentor leasing team on processes and etiquette
• Greet prospective residents, show the community, perform leasing duties
• Maintain cleanliness of tour path, vacant units, and model units in partnership with maintenance
• Support resident relations, retention, and property upkeep
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting for move-ins/move-outs
• Assist with marketing efforts and content updates on listings
