Job summary

Thrive Communities seeks a part-time Leasing Associate to join our team. You will focus on leasing, sales, and resident relations, greeting prospects, showing the community, and processing paperwork in compliance with laws. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

Experience in property management or a similar industry is a plus, with opportunities to grow your career through training and development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn software systems.
• Prior experience in property management is a plus.
• NALP or NAAEI credential is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generates lease paperwork and other documents in line with laws and regulations.
• Strong focus on sales, closing ratios, and leasing team performance.
• Trains leasing team on lease generation/execution and etiquette.
• Greets prospective residents, shows the community, and performs leasing duties.
• Maintains appropriate tour path, vacant units, and model units with maintenance.
• Answers calls and emails promptly; updates move-out notices and reports.
