Job summary
Thrive Communities is seeking a part-time Leasing Associate in Seattle, WA. You will focus on generating leases, welcoming prospective residents, and guiding them through showing tours, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 1+ year working in customer service
- 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience
- Basic computer skills with software navigation
- Familiarity with affordable housing programs preferred
Responsibilities
- Leasing: Generates lease paperwork in line with laws and regulations.
- Strong focus on sales, closing ratios, and guiding leasing team.
- Trains and mentors leasing team on lease generation and etiquette.
- Greets prospective residents, shows the community, and performs leasing duties.
- Maintains tour path, vacant units, and model units with maintenance partnership.
