Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in account management and sales, working with Acima retail partners to process credit decisions and web orders. You will promote Acima Leasing and drive conversions in partner stores.

The position is paid hourly, with compensation ranging from $15.17 to $17.31 per hour, in a retail store setting. You will collaborate with store teammates to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Aufgaben

• Drive customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Identify, and fulfill all customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, the application process, and beginning-to-end of the application process.
