Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in account management and sales activities at a partner store location. The role focuses on customer service, processing credit turns and web orders, and converting applicants into Acima Leasing customers.

Compensation is hourly ($15.17–$17.31). The position involves evenings and weekends, and requires effective communication and teamwork to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Driving customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Listening, identifying, and fulfilling all customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, the application process, and beginning-to-end of the application process.
