Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing customer accounts at partner locations. You will educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, assist with applications, and help convert online and in-store orders into Acima credit customers.

You will work closely with partner stores, ensure excellent customer service, and report store performance to leadership. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Promote and explain Lease-To-Own terms, payments, and application process.
• Convert applications (in-store and web orders) into Acima credit customers.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report on store and coworker activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
