Job summary

Acima is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in account management and sales while delivering excellent customer service in a partner store location. The role emphasizes processing applications, promoting leasing benefits, and driving conversions.

The position offers hourly pay, with duties spanning customer interactions, credit processing, and teamwork across Acima partner stores. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, the application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications that include in-store and web orders.
• Work as a cooperative team member with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to and communicate with the Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and friendly service.
