Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and process credit applications with Acima partners. You will provide excellent customer service, promote leasing benefits, and help convert in-store and online orders into new Acima credit customers.

Responsibilities include collaborating with partner stores, educating customers on terms, and assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks. Flexible evenings and weekends required in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through various channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and the application process.
• Close sales by converting applications including in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report to Store Manager on activities and performance.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
