Acima is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager (PT) to support the Store Manager in sales, account management, and customer service at a partner store location in Cedar Park, TX. The role involves processing credit turn-downs and web orders, promoting Acima Leasing benefits, and driving conversions.

Compensation is hourly: $15.17–$17.31. Responsibilities include customer growth via web, partner stores, and in-store interactions, with a focus on teamwork and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Process credit turn-down applications and web orders; convert to Acima Leasing customers.
• Review lease applications and promote Acima leasing benefits to customers.
• Drive conversions and support in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in operations and reporting to the Store Manager.
