Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a PART-TIME Leasing Associate for an on-site property in Missouri. You will handle leasing, marketing and positive resident relations, including tours, applications, deposits, and move-ins.

This role requires 6 months to 1 year related experience or an associate degree, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience.
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits according to procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sale; obtain signatures and provide move-in orientation.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and service requests to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance; attend weekly goal setting meetings.
