RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations at our Missouri community. You will guide applicants through applications, show apartments, process deposits, and coordinate move-ins.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, familiarity with office software, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. On-site work with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent; or six months to one year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Qualify prospects and assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Coordinate move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Resolve resident questions and service issues promptly to improve retention.
• Close leases and manage show rooms; follow up on new leads and appointments.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address resident requests per company standards.
