Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Part-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Missouri property, ensuring high-quality service and strong resident relations. The role focuses on tours, communications, lease processing, and maintaining property curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has basic tech skills, solid organizational abilities, and customer-service experience to support leasing and resident satisfaction. Position is on-site with regular staff coordination.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Basic technology skills (smartphone/computer) required.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Give tours to prospective residents.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Collect required documents for leases and renewals and submit for approval.
• Maintain curb appeal of the property.
• Process move-out charges and related paperwork.
• Obtain bids for property expenditures.
• Develop knowledge of software programs used.
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software systems.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly staff meetings to coordinate work.
