Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. You will schedule tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the lease process.

The role includes showing apartments, preparing move-in paperwork, and ensuring a smooth resident experience, with responsibilities across marketing, outreach, and customer service at the on-site office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our Lead Management Software
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sale, prepare move-ins and sign paperwork
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests
• Attend weekly and daily goal setting meetings and support marketing efforts

Education
