Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective residents
• Answer phone and emails

• Obtain bids for expenditures
• Develop knowledge of property software programs
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees
• Prepare deposits for bank and software
• Hold regular staff meetings to coordinate work
