The role requires an associate degree (or equivalent) with experience in leasing or sales, plus familiarity with property management software. On-site work and a flexible schedule are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
