You will analyze market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software like OneSite or Yardi to track availability and activity, while keeping show units in top condition and supporting renewal communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing to new residents and renewals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and close leases.
• Comfort with applications, credit checks, and move-in processing.

• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure units are lease-ready.
• Create and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools.
• Use property management software to track availability and lease activity.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with renewal letters and timely signings.
