This role requires strong customer service, ability to market the community, use property software (OneSite, Yardi), and collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and explain leasing terms.
• Process rental applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare move-in packets.
• Coordinate marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
