Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Arlington, MA community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, greet and qualify prospects, and guide applicants through move-in.

You’ll ensure units are ready, maintain show quality, and drive traffic with multiple channels. You will use OneSite/Yardi to track activity, coordinate with maintenance, and follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property marketing.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic using online and offline marketing channels; manage referrals and employer outreach.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with residents.
