Redwood Communities in Fresno, CA is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents, tour available units, and handle leasing paperwork in compliance with HUD and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will manage resident communications, assist with marketing, collect rents and maintain records in Yardi or RealPage, supporting annual recertifications and audits while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

Formación

• HUD compliance knowledge and Fair Housing guidelines
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents; present units and amenities
• Accurately complete leasing paperwork and assist with signings
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and prepare reports

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Assist with marketing outreach to promote the property
• Process rent payments and income records per HUD guidelines
• Support move-in/move-out inspections and recertifications when needed
