Job summary

Redwood Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Cincinnati, OH to deliver excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while ensuring HUD and Fair Housing compliance. You will handle leasing, marketing, income verification, and administrative tasks using property management software such as Yardi, RealPage or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing or HUD property management.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents and present units and amenities.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease signings.
• Ensure HUD/Fair Housing compliance and assist with income verification.
• Maintain resident files and prepare reports on occupancy and renewals.
• Support marketing outreach and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
