Job summary

Redwood Communities, in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Winton House to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. You will greet, qualify, and tour units, handle lease paperwork, and assist with marketing efforts while maintaining HUD and Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities include processing income verification, recertifications as needed, and coordinating move-ins/outs.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing or HUD property management preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and EIV requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents; process leases.
• Ensure HUD compliance and complete required forms (e.g., 50059, EIV).
• Verify income/assets and maintain HUD-ready files and MOR readiness.
• Collect rent payments and maintain leasing records; report discrepancies.
