Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to market the community, generate leads, conduct tours, and support lease renewals. The role focuses on converting prospects into residents through outstanding customer service and product knowledge while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities include daily property operations support, coordinating tours of vacant or model units, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in our PM software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain the license within required timeframe by law.

Responsibilities

• Marketing the community and managing leasing leads.
• Conducting tours and supporting lease renewals.
• Processing lease applications and preparing contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of community, floor plans, and promos.
• Log prospect information into Property Management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and text messages promptly.
