Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. seeks a Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents while ensuring HUD compliance and efficient leasing operations. You will tour units, complete leases, and maintain records in property management software.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in multifamily housing. This on-site position offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to contribute to community engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing or HUD property management preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and EIV requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
• Background check successful completion and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents and present units.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with signings.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain records in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Ons ite).
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote the property within the community.
