Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional for The Martin in San Francisco to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction and supporting renewal efforts.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in leasing or sales, experience with OneSite/Yardi, and proficiency with MS Office; a valid driver’s license is required to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Schedule showings, inspect units, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Maintain prospect data and track leasing activities in on-site software.
• Follow-up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
