Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an onsite Leasing Professional to support marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across San Francisco-area communities. The role requires weekend work and travel to multiple properties, with emphasis on high-end customer service, show unit readiness, and occupancy growth.

Experience in property management or related customer service fields is preferred. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and a valid driver’s license are valued assets for this fast-paced OSS

Qualifications

• Experience in property management/leasing is preferred.
• Hospitality, retail, sales or customer service background encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property may be required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community; leverage internet channels.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters, packages, and consultations.
