Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing activities, tours, applications, and resident moves. You will work to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, knowledge of Yardi or OneSite, and the ability to implement short- and long-term marketing plans. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Ability to work Tue–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, including tours and applications.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing programs using online tools and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using OneSite or Yardi.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
