Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in San Francisco to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, achieve occupancy and revenue targets, and ensure resident satisfaction from move-in through renewals.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi CRM, and a valid driver’s license. On-site schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with potential bonuses and a housing discount for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing experience in housing.
• Experience using Yardi CRM or similar property management software.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, screen credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to ensure satisfaction and retention.
