Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Francisco to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while maintaining occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate has leasing experience and is proficient with Yardi/CRM systems, delivering strong sales and service to residents in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi and CRM systems.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Execute lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
