Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager in the San Francisco area to lead community marketing, advertising, and leasing activities. The role requires driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic promotions and hands-on leadership of the leasing team.

Travel between Greystar properties in the South Bay, SF and East Bay is expected, with housing discounts and performance bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing property marketing and leasing.
• Understanding of affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between properties in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue goals.
• Oversee leasing team and on-site traffic to maximize occupancy.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate print and internet advertising strategies to promote the community.
• Ensure property appearance meets company standards and safety guidelines.
• Lead lease negotiations, prepare documents, and manage move-ins.
