Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Breckenridge, CO. You will handle on-site leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations for our property, greeting prospects, touring the community, and signing leases.

Key duties include showing units, processing paperwork, keeping accurate records, and supporting retention and marketing initiatives. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents by greeting, qualifying, touring the community, and signing a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close sales, including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits and turn processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours; support marketing strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and weekly market surveys.
