Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular onsite presence is required, with duties including showing units, tours, lease signings, and administering the leasing process to meet occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements. The role includes administrative tasks and resident engagement activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities: appointments, leads, tours, model units, and follow-ups.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits.
