Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Colorado multifamily community. You will manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site with regular daily attendance required.

Responsibilities include showing and leasing units, processing move-ins, and maintaining leasing data. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required. Compensation aligns with the on-site role and total rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale; generate leads and follow up.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure overall resident satisfaction.
