Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the United States to manage leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. The role requires daily onsite presence, greeting and touring prospects, and closing leases while processing the necessary paperwork.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, and following up as needed.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and contribute to retention programs.
