Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations at a property. Regular onsite attendance is required; you will show, lease, tour, and sign leases while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic on-site software skills, familiarity with Fair Housing laws and OSHA, and the ability to handle lease paperwork, data, and outreach. The compensation includes benefits and total rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, tours, and follow-up as needed.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing and resident retention programs.
