Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site attendance and hands-on leasing with prospects from tour to move-in.

The position emphasizes customer service, adherence to housing regulations, and collaboration with a team to meet leasing goals while maintaining property standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all duties to close sales, including setting appointments, generating leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, tours, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals; perform admin tasks as needed.
• Address resident complaints and assist in retention programs and community upkeep.
