Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires daily on-site presence, greeting prospective residents, showing units, and signing leases.

You will handle lead generation, tours, and follow-up while maintaining leasing data and contributing to marketing plans. Educational requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, close sales, and complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turnover process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing outreach and implement the annual marketing plan.
