Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing and resident relations on-site. You will show units, tour prospects, sign leases, and perform administrative tasks to support marketing and retention efforts.

The role requires regular onsite attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with a compensation package including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations of a property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle administrative tasks and resident inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to resident retention programs and community events.
