Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular onsite attendance is required; you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.

Responsibilities include showing units, processing paperwork, managing prospect traffic, supporting marketing plans, and delivering excellent customer service. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and coordinate the move-in process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys to generate ideas.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations and concerns.
