Job summary

Buckle is hiring a Leaders in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver the Buckle guest experience. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, greet guests, assist with product knowledge and demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

This part-time role supports store management in recruiting and training teammates, maintaining visual standards, and driving sales while upholding Buckle's code of ethics and guest service commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product utilizing product knowledge and sales education, sharing that knowledge with Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Perform leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not the Manager is present.
• Recruiting, training and developing Teammates; motivate and educate them to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Maintain a positive floor culture and ensure a clean, organized, shoppable store.
