Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to deliver outstanding guest service while leading sales, merchandising, and store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership. You will greet Guests, learn product knowledge, coach Teammates, and ensure store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, legendary Guest service in a retail setting.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply sales techniques.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach Teammates to standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service across the store areas.
• Assist in sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Lead by example and develop Teammates' performance and presentation.
• Participate in recruiting, training and developing new Teammates.
• Maintain visual standards and execute store promos and policies.
