Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership on the floor.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and a strong showmanship presence to meet Buckle’s service standards and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or training.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to deliver legendary guest service and achieve sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Knowledge of store policies, loss prevention, and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Assist with product knowledge, merchandising, and guest needs.
• Lead Teammates, recruit and develop new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store.
• Handle POS procedures and exchanges according to policies.
• Protect Loss Prevention and follow security guidelines.
