Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. The role combines sales, merchandising, operations, and leadership duties to create an exceptional guest experience and drive store performance.

This is a full‑time position in a retail environment. Responsibilities include coaching teammates, recruiting, and leading by example in customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service throughout the store.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; suggest items to meet guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer service.
• Recruit and develop new teammates; lead and coach daily tasks.
• Maintain visual standards and zone ownership; ensure product is well displayed.
