The Buckle, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store management in driving sales, merchandising, and guest service.

This full-time role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and model excellence in service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding product selection, executing POS procedures, coaching teammates, and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with strong showmanship and customer focus.
• Assist guests with product selection and locate items based on needs.
• Perform POS procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Coach teammates to meet Buckle's sales and presentation standards.
