Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Nashville to help deliver our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, and work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent
Related retail experience is acceptable (1–3 months)
Ability to lead, coach, and develop Teammates and drive store results

Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet standards
Maintain store standards, merchandising, and loss prevention practices
Oversee operations, scheduling, and customer flow to ensure a smooth day-to-day
Provide coaching and feedback to Team Leaders and Teammates
