Job summary

Buckle in Nashville is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes high-energy customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with team members to maintain Buckle’s standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience is acceptable.
• Ability to learn store operations and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service, maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Assist in merchandising, display, and product knowledge.
• Support leadership in daily store operations and guest engagement.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer focus.
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
