Job summary

Business Network International in New Mexico is seeking Launch Director Consultants (Launch DCs) to generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members on forming powerful networks. The Launch DC is a key resource for a forming Chapter and will engage in sales, marketing, recruiting, coaching, goal setting, and project management.

This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week, evenings and weekends possible) with 80% of time spent on sales and sales maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend community events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Educate and sell prospects the professional and financial benefits of BNI’s services.
• Close sales and develop a recruitment strategy with management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve milestones.
• Foster strong relationships between Chapters and Regional Support Team.
